Hi Everyone! I am proud to announce that Orange County Screenwriters Association has asked me to write a Blog Column for their website. I want to share it with you, as it is for those who are aspiring writers, directors, actors, filmmakers, etc. The OCSWA is a great organization with so much to offer, even if you aren't in OC. I will be posting a new entry every 2 weeks. My first went up today:

Filmmaking Blog

You can keep up with it on their website, and I will post the link to the entries here as well.

Thanks so much & I hope to hear your thoughts!

Dear Regina,
After reading your new blog,I wanted to post a comment. In regards to the the close friend who "doesn't want to hear any more about TDB." I went through a similar situation with a friend when a Poetic short story of mine was Published in "Chicken Soup For The Teenage Soul, On Tough Stuff." I was elated it got so much attention. Even more so, I was thrilled when the MADD and SADD chapters asked to use it. This certainly pales in comparison to your amazing film, but the response is the same. Your friend is probably a little jealous of your huge sucsess, and all the attention you, and your film are recieving. they may even feel a little threatend by it. Take it in stride, and try not to let it hurt your feelings to much. Eventually they'll come around. In the mean time find something else to talk to them about. On personal note, your work on this film was amazing I liked so well i bought the DVD. Looking forward to more from you! Good luck on your blog!
